Great location, great staff, everything we needed. Room was on the small side so we ended up sleeping head to tail but we booked a mini double and that's exactly what we got, so definitely not complaining! Breakfast was excellent.

Location was excellent, and the check in and check out process was really good. It allows you to do online before you arrive and have your room key in your apple wallet. Rooms were just what you need, comfy bed, shower, tv. Perfect for 48hrs in Oslo! Amongst the cheapest I saw for the centre. Close to the royal palace and some lovely cafes nearby, we liked the 70’s retro fuglen espresso bar which had fresh pastries.

My 4th stay at Smarthotel. Yes the rooms are small but on a city break I didn't plan to spend long in the room. A very good central location with easy access to trains and trams.

I was in Oslo for an international sports competition. I needed a quiet, comfortable room in a good location, for a low ish budget, and Smart Hotel absolutely met this. They were brilliant at responding to my questions beforehand and when I asked for some more pillows they were only too reasonable about helping with this, as well as accommodating my request about a quiet room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even noticed it was my birthday over the weekend which shows great attention to detail. The rooms are very very small, which was everything I need. I’m a small person, but I would say if you have a lot of luggage or there’s more than one of you, or are bit on the bigger side, you might want to consider upgrading depending on how long you are there for. It was perfect for me, but my room was a double and it was still super small. I expect this for this budget in Norway, so this is just to be helpful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I’ve had one of the best pre-competition nights sleep, which also helped me have one of my best competitions ever. Breakfast is excellent too.

Location was fantastic. Ease of check in and check out was good and they had luggage storage which helped.

The location is excellent, right in the center. The room facing the back was quiet.

I will remember this accomodation with a very good location, sweetest team and exellent comfort:)) If I end up in Oslo again, no second thought will come to me I guesa. I am gonna stay again in this cute place. Esspevially the staff was so nice:) All in all it was very cost-effective
