“Big disappontment. Would be nice to have my money back!”
The room was nice when i eventually got to it at 23hrs. I came for my gruduation that was happening at 15hrs on the 28th. I was not allowed to check in and the receptionist did not show any hospitality. No friendliness. Downright cold. The guy that checked me in though when i came back was very friendly and that moment i felt good and it felt like someone is paying attention to a customer.
