This eco-friendly boutique hotel, 12 minutes' walk from Karl Johan Gate, offers an organic breakfast and designer rooms. Self-service saunas are available on-site. Just 5 minutes’ walk from the Royal Palace, Hotel Oslo Guldsmeden’s own rooms are elegantly styled with quality furnishings. Each one features a unique combination of luxury Balinese-style décor and Sami-inspired pelts. The rooms are equipped with TVs, digital radios and organic bathroom products. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire hotel, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Seasonal dishes based on local, organic produce are served at the hotel restaurant. “My first choice, every time I go to Oslo.”
This is a delightful, slightly quirky boutique/design hotel. The 4-poster beds are to die for. A very nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. And if you happen to have an appointment to meet the King, he's only a 10-minute walk away!

“Nicely presented but small rooms and lots of noise from residential area.”
The rooms and shared areas are well presented and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good quality.

“Beautiful and cosy”
The room is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable. I love the robes provided. The radio was a nice touch too. The floor in the bathroom was heated which was cosy. The staff took a special request for me and they did it well, leading to a nice surprise for my partner. I would love to stay again next time I visit Oslo.

“Fantastic breakfast, really hot fresh coffee and friendly staff.”
Situated on a peaceful street,our room overlooked the rear so no noise at all. The lounge area is small but cosy with a nice selection of organic drinks. The spa is very nice and I like the fact it is hired for private use.

“Charming boutique hotel, excellent staff and amenities.”
We loved the boutique feeling about the hotel, the extra touches were lovely (umbrellas, kimonos, shoe fitters), the decor is Scandi- chique and the hotel toiletries are simply divine. We hired the sauna/spa for private use and this was a highlight. Lovely breakfast and good wine selection.
