We enjoyed the spa, our spacious room, the lovely staff and the really excellent restaurant. That’s not just politeness, the food was seriously good.

For the extra of the premium room, it was worth the difference. The hotel appears to be split into 2 parts, with one decorated to a higher standard and with larger rooms with more modern features (we had a peak during cleaning times!). Rooms are a very good size, fridge in the room was a great feature. View over the lake/car parking was nice, sun shone through and warmed the room in the morning very pleasantly. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant opposite the reception area is better than the bowling-alley area, but both had a good selection. Pool and bowling was reasonably priced and chargeable by the hour (reserve at the bar) and we were there every night after a full day out to unwind. Indoor Pool area was pleasant lots of loungers available, but a number of the buttons to make jets etc work were not functioning. Cannot comment on outdoor pool as we travelled out of season. Location very close for Auschwitz, and a good base for Krakow, Katowice, Częstochowa which we did all of during our stay. Will need a car for this location but parking is free and plentiful (at least, at our time of year for travelling). Looks to be a hub for younger locals who go to the bowling/pool so expect groups of teenagers in the entertainment area.

The breakfast was very tasty. Room 223 was in the renovated part and looked beautiful. The receptionist allowed us to check out a little later and was very friendly.

Whole resort, rooms in building B, staff (all staff in the hotel and especially in Alter club), food and that it is close to Energylandia, it was our first stay but we will come back again

its pretty new and looks great, it has two restaurants, we went to the pub, which was fine.

Loved the large apartment, the view , the breakfast was excellent smoked salmon , eggs , fresh pastries , fruit everything you could want . The restaurant was lovely & so was the pizza & the bowling alley .

Great breakfast - continental-style buffet but with a smaller selection than in many chain hotels, in exchange for higher quality and great desserts. Very nice and still relatively new, bright indoor playground, our kid spent hours there. Well-maintained and clean swimming pool and saunas.

The hotel grounds are well maintained and very clean. Good breakfast selection, and the on-site restaurant is definitely a plus. Plenty of activities available, so it’s easy to keep yourself entertained without leaving the property. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and met expectations.
