“Is our experience likely to happen again?”
Whilst clean and comfortable, the unfortunate conduct of the hotel owner left us with a very dismal view of the hotel. The receptionist however was always polite and helpful.

The place is clean and nicely decorated, it has a good atmosphere in a quiet part of town. It's easy and cheap to get to the city center by bus or taxi.

Nicely decorated hotel in a random 'ethno style', good rooms, decent beds, a place to seat in the courtyard, laundry service. 200m walk from the hotel you take the trolleybus no. 1 that takes you to city center. (The staff are not able to point guests to the trolleybus.) A more quiet location comparing to hotels in Osh.

This place is so nice, calm and peaceful. The garden is great to relax. They serve great food. The staff is very helpful and understanding. There was a slight misunderstanding about the room but they handled it really sellable they were very generous. Would definitely recommend!
