“Facilities V good, service above and beyond expectations.”
I was not expecting breakfast and had not brought any coffee with me, but Timmi when above and beyond to find enough coffee and sugar to get me through the morning. She also allowed me to vacate the room to another sitting so I could spend extra hours there rather than at the dreadful VC Bird airport. This is exceptional service.
