“Ibis budget Osasco”
The location was excellent and very helpful to see my family and friends. 👌 Everything department was great 👍 However the rooms cleanness staff. Their room cleanness was pretty Bad and very basic. But every other department was great specifically the reception team and breakfast team. Great 👍

Check in experience was terrible. They wouldn't let me check in just because I didn't have the email confirmation even though I had the confirmation number and confirmation in the Booking app.
