“Cost room in a beautiful hotel in a convenient location”

Beautifully decorated hotel. Good location with lots of transport. Lovely room. Loved the gym and laundry room too! Free coffee in reception are is a nice touch.

Although accessed up a small street just off a main thoroughfare the location is good within a 10-12 min walk from Osaka station. The staff provided a very good service and the hotel was comfortable and well air-conditioned. The hotel should be scoring an 8 or 9 out of 10, however sadly it fell short of that and with hindsight we would probably have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Breakfast was amazing, nice Restaurants beside, Metro near, free Coffee and Tea all day!

“Fantastic!”

The room was small but very functional with a great shower and a separate toilet with a washbasin. We loved the bar and lounge area. The hosts behind the bar were so friendly, and they made the most wonderful cocktails. The breakfast choice was really good, and the view from the dining room in the morning is so cute. We had dinner one night too, which was very good.

“Exceptional hotel and lovely place to stay”

Location superb and quiet despite in busy city area. Close to all main stations. Rooms were superb and the bar area and bar staff were exceptional. Cocktails superb. Laundry room was super cool.

I liked the hotel very clean and a good shower. The staff were very nice and the cocktail bar was great.

Very central but quiet location, with great customer service. The design and the rooms are as beautiful as the picture on the website. In the room, I appreciate the lighting: a lot of natural light from the window but also well planned lamps that illuminated the room perfectly without being too abrupt. Another detail I appreciated was the multiple plugs to charge all the devices scattered around the room. Of course the room amenities were perfect for the level of the hotel. Great breakfast: even if it's a set meal, there's a choice between American, Japanese or vegan and a small but really good buffet is available.

Beautiful and contemporary boutique hotel. Serene atmosphere and helpful, professional staff. Loved the sitting area in the entry and the complementary coffee, tea and fruit bowl made for a nice afternoon treat. Good location in a side street with easy access to metro and Osaka Station for high speed train and other lines.

We liked the location of the hotel, laundry room to wash our clothes (including a few fragrances you can use), and the staff hotel were lovely.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Coffee and tea available downstairs all day at no charge. Great bar. Lots of small restaurants nearby.

Size of room and layout was very good. Good location, train station, shops & restaurants near by. I really enjoyed the meal & cocktails I had from the Hotel restaurant & bar.

The bed was a bit soft for our liking, but otherwise very comfortable!
