Location and staff was out of this world, 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our stay at this ryokan, the position is super, just a five-minute walk from dotombori. The room was big and we really enjoyed experiencing sleeping on the futon and trying the yukata. Staff was also very kind and helpful.

Kind staff, free welcome macha. Free tea and coffee in reception. Beautiful japanese style room. Clean tatami flooring and authentic looking wooden framed paper window shutters with curtains behind to block out light without ruining the Japanese style.

The location is right next to Dotonbori and very convenient for our needs. It's also quite near to one of the metro stations (Pink line) and close to the Red line. The staff is very friendly and present for anything we need 24/7.

Excellent communication and attention from the staff, helpful and spot on recommendations of local businesses, we were able to communicate in English without any problem. Our flight was incredibly delayed and the staff waited for our arrival without problem, the breakfast was a fantastic experience, really traditional and easy to schedule. The Hot springs were easy to access and had convenient opening hours I really enjoyed using them, Too bad my stay was so short because I would have loved to use them a little bit more, you could also get some free drinks in the reception

The room was a bit old and needs some TLC. There was no cooling either so it was quite warm during the day.

Loved the traditional room with tatami mats, futons and sliding window shutters. The onsen was great!

For Ryokan this was exceptional, very clean and hygienic. The staff paid good attention.

We enjoyed the traditional style of this accommodation including the onsen. The location next to Dotonbori was perfect and we enjoyed watching the busy street below from our window. The noise was no issue at night and we slept well on the traditional futons.

Hotel is dated but the Japanese-style twin room was spacious and comfortable for 2 pax. Breakfast was good and the location is excellent.

The traditional Japanese dinner was a wonderful experience, and the futons were very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk from Dotonbori Street, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary welcome tea.

The hotel was located across the road from Doton Buri, and 3 minute walk from the subway. The Japanese breakfast was amazing and served in a separate room, with so many individual dishes. The onset was better than the photos showed.

Employees do not assume that guests can understand Japanese, so they talk about them in front of them.
