The hotel was pretty close to the entry of the metro station, still a decent walk to actually get to the platform.. Pretty close to the malls. There were street food near us as well as proper restaurants. Staff were helpful with the luggage transfer. Malls were not that far away.

In the room should be English explanations how to use air conditioning and toilet. Pillows really hard, no choice.

“Osaka Stay”

“Made a great choice staying at Via Inn Umeda!”
The location suited my needs as I wanted to be close to Osaka Station but also away from the crowd. The walk to the station was completely underground and I was close to elevators and restaurants, shops and rest rooms. I was also able to walk to many places around Osaka Station with no problems. The ambience of the hotel is quietly classy. My room was very comfortable. Although some of the staff were less proficient in English, they tried very hard and I was able to send my luggage ahead to my next destination with no trouble at all. They all had great manners!
