Stayed at a hotel for about two weeks, and it was a great stay. The price was reasonable. The staff was nice, and the cleaning staff was not very invasive, the standard cleaning unless requested happens once in a few days, which I found to be perfect. The breakfast was good, a buffet, at the adjacent restaurant. The room was decently sized, and there even was a dedicated hdmi port on the wall to connect to the television. Wi-fi worked well in the room. The bathtub is good enough of a size to be actually used as a bathtub. The hotel is within a short distance from JR Shin-Osaka station with connections to metro. It is closest to shinkansen tracks and the metro. The best exit I found to be the one adjacent to metro exit no. 4, there are both stairs and an elevator. There are four washer-dryers at the hotel, and what's great — the status of all can be checked from the room television, a great feature. There's a vending machine at the lobby and near the washing machine, but what's even better — there's a 7-11 with even a separate entrance to the hotel. Nearby there are plenty of shops and dining options, including mygourmet proper grocery shop within a short walk.

Good location with easy check in and check out. The staff were very lovely and accomodating.

Be careful about checkout times, they don’t mention what the checkout time exactly is and if you’re min late the will charge you instantly.

5 mins walk from Shin osaka station, very convenient, and great value of money

“A smoking room for a Family with kid was not expected :-(. Breakfast was almost empty @09:30 AM.”

Location was easy to find once out of the station. Conbini is right next to the hotel which is very useful. The room had everything we needed.
