The location was so good There’s a metro near to us The staff was so kind and friendly some are speaking English and the others use devices to communicate which was great and easy to understand In floor 5 was don quijote store and beside the hotel was seven eleven market Everything we needed was in the room or near to us The room was small but fit for our bags ( we had 6) and the bathroom was clean

The rooms are slightly bigger than most. The location is about 5 minutes walk from the station. Great resturants around the area and many shops The breakfast is ok. Amenities are good. The view from the lobby and breakfast area is great The rooms and hotel are clean..The staff were very helpful with forwarding luggage through to Tokyo.

The staff were so helpful, particularly the night reception staff, as my son was unwell during our stay. Although the room was cosy - typical of Japanese hotel rooms - the bathroom had a generous shower cubicle. The laundry room also had the most futuristic and clean passcode-protected washer-dryers ever.

Tennoji is a convenient location, with easy JR access to Universal, Kintetsu line to Nara and metro line to Shin Osaka. Nice breakfast for an inexpensive price (1760 yen) which was fresh and original. Variety stays the same day to day. Courteous and welcoming staff. High cleaning standards. Convenient laundry (3 machines) and microwave availability. Good temperature control. Drip coffee bags - a nice touch. Netflix on TV - easy to login and watch a movie in bed.

“Handy locational and convenient to the airport”

Relatively close to the station (around 5-7mins walk), and it is well connected with a direct train to the airport. However, you will need to go up and down bridged walkways to get there. The breakfast buffet area was nicely presented, though the selection is on the smaller side.

“Nice location and great hospitality”

The service and the location are superb! The staff were so nice and very helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Tennoji station which can connect you to anywhere in Osaka with ease. Within walking distance, you’ll arrive in Tsutenkaku, Shinsekai, Shintennoji temple, Abeno Haruka building as well as 3 different shopping centers. You’re literally surrounded by food options! Plus you have Don Quixote down under the same building. One thing to note is that the pillow is rather hard. Other than that, I will stay here if I visit Osaka again.
