Great hotel, perfect location and excellent price. The hotel is close to Osaka Umeda station, quite easy to reach on foot or by public transportation. The area is also really nice, with a few shrines or temples, lots of entertainment venues and plenty of restaurants open until late. The rooms are really nice, and despite the Japanese-sized room, is well organised, clean and pleasant. The hotel's staff is very friendly, always available for help and they offer to store your luggage before check in or after check out, a very nice perk. Breakfast is also pretty good. Served at the cafe on the ground floor (next to the reception) and offers a choice of Japanese or western style food. The price was also very low despite the great location, quality of rooms and breakfast. In addition you can get as many amenities as you need on the ground floor, including skin care products.

So comfortable and all of the extra skincare and teas were the perfect touch! It’s a safe area, with lots of access and good views. The staff were incredibly accommodating and so kind.

The location was amazing. Many shops and restaurants were close by with a big selection. The amenities were sufficient and and breakfast was good. It was a small selection of 4 different meals, however they were consistent and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The on-site coin laundry was useful, however was always busy - best to wash your stuff in the morning/day time as night gets busy. The shower in our room was amazing - was a full shower room/sauna like style.

Excellent service and really good amenities. There's also free tea from 12am to 12pm. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. You can also store luggage at the hotel before check in but also after check out.

It has a very interesting breakfast - traditional Japanese - just excellent, a breakfast roll which again was loved by my wife - she is not so into Japanese food as myself!. There are 2 other options of breakfast, 4 in total. You can buy very good coffee there as well - other juices, Tea options are included free.

Great hang out area downstairs, staff were super friendly and helpful with check in and baggage transfers, the amenities included facemasks and other items you may be forgetting so that was great.
