Everything was good. If you have JR pess it ihas ideal location. The breakfast is ok, rooms and beds are confortable. Everything is absulute clean staff is helpful.

“A nice hotel, in a good location, with absolutely fabulous staff.”
The hotel was a short walk from the Higashimiguni train station, just one stop from Shin-Osaka Station. While our room was quite small it was able to accommodate our two large suitcases with a bit or space to spare. The hotel was adjacent to a 7/11 convenience store and only a short distance from a number of restaurants and bars. There was a Cointreau staff were fantastic. operated laundry on the ground floor, with washers and dryers - very handy. The hotel provided a nice breakfast, albeit in a very crowded dining area no mater what time we were there. The staff were fantastic!

Ladies at the lobby are very very helpful. We did not figure out couple of things but they helped us a lot. Rooms are a little bit slow but bed is comfortable.

“Good budget hotel, very close to station and 10min walk away from a JR station”
Lovely staff and the buffet in the morning was a great way to start our day. (Just need to make sure to say yes on the previous night). Laundry and microwave were quite convenient and made it easy for us to continue with our trip without going outside the hotel. Main highlight would be the staff, while we had language barrier issues since my understanding of nihongo was not the best, there was this guy who was excellent with his communication and service. Also I lost an item but they already responded and helped me to recover my item.
