Lovely hotel in quiet location close to transport. Best beds / pillows of our trip. Also had iron and board which seems to be rarer in Japan. Good sized room with bath and shower.

“Excellent hotel for Osaka stay.”
Nicely appointed hotel in a convenient location. The executive lounge access was a real bonus and would strongly recommend booking a room on those floors (24 and 25). Definitely worth it. Access to coin operated laundry was also a winner. More hotels should have that. Shame they didn't have clothes rack for drying. The bed was comfortable and super enormous. Bathroom facilities excellent with great shower and separate toilet.

“Convinient to visit the town being hosted in a quite area, good price-value”
The Executive Lounge is good when included in the room (Similar to a business Louge in an airport), but with amazing views to the city from the 25th floor. Breakfast ok, more for a 4* superior than a 5* hotel. Overall experience is not 5*, but price-value is quite good. Cleaninless was great, amenities in the room are good Washing machines in the facilities to do your laundry during long stays Ice machine and drinks vending machine in your floor, makes a late night drink very convinient. A convini near by. The restaurant "Rio" in the ground floor is amazing (Teppanyaki Wagyu beef for lunch with affordable prices, whilst dinner is expensive).

“Perfect hotel for our first leg in Japan. We would stay again!”
This was a great first hotel for our first leg in Japan! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful and in a good, central location. The spa and fitness area was very nice also and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast selection.

“Perfect luxury accommodation for a deep sleep & clean laundry”
Incredibly clean, and the quality of the linen provided (bed and bathroom) is exceptional. One of the best nights sleep I’ve had. There is a gym on every floor, so it’s never busy. There’s also 4 washing machines on every floor too… a full tub of laundry for 600 Yen - perfect if you’re touring Japan and you want a “laundry stop” on your list.

Lovely hotel with great view of Osaka! The staff is very helpful and friendly! Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The rooms are clean and well decorated.

A really lovely hotel. Our room was beautiful. It was immaculately clean and very quiet. I loved the deep bath and the shower. The executive floor lounge with amazing views from the 25th floor was the added bonus.
