Overview
The hotel features private parking, various cafes, restaurants and shops on site, as well as free WiFi access in all areas. Universal City Station is a 12-minute ride from JR Osaka Station via train, and a 20-minute ride from JR Shin-Osaka Station, where bullet train access is provided. The limousine bus service from Osaka International Airport to the property takes 45-minutes. From Kansai International Airport, the limousine bus will take 70-minutes. By car, it is around a 20-minute drive from Osaka via the Hanshin Express Way. The hotel features a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage and massage services, and a coin laundry service is available at an extra cost on the 2nd floor. In addition, guests will find a café, a pancake shop, a pizza restaurant and a convenience store all within the property premises. All rooms are furnished with an air purifier/moisturizer and are air-conditioned with a flat-screen satellite TV, desk and seating area. The en suite bathroom features a private bath and shower. Free toiletries, slippers and a hairdryer is provided. Rooms are also soundproof and feature refrigerators as well as personal lockers. The on-site restaurant Buffet Dining Akala has a Hawaiian themed interior and serves a wide array of international cuisine, including Chinese, Western and Japanese dishes. The restaurant is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

“Great location for easy access to Universal Studios”
The staff were so helpful! Helped me store my luggage when I arrived super early I also loved the Park View room, got to watch the roller-coaster go past and had a great view of the Tempozan Bridge and Ferris Wheel

“Location, Space and Fun!”
We loved our room, it looked over the park and the kids just loved watching the rides go at night. Was perfect location to get to universal and into Osaka. So many options of toiletries too, was amazing. Good space for 4 people too.

“Unforgettable.”
Amazing location, lots of ammenities, close to shops,trains, lovely helpful staff. Especially the girl at the information desk who actually took me to the train station and helped me purchase my train tickets to Tokyo. Excellent service. Beautiful hotel.

it was the perfect location to visit Universal Studios Japan as you are just a few steps from the front gate. Located in city walk you have many restaurants and shops at your doorstep. The train station is just metres away to access Osaka and surrounding areas. The hotel is of a high standard and our room on 28th floor was large and had views of the city and waterways.

“Perfection”
The staff were exceptional. The information and directions for hotel facilities were clear and very informative. Breakfast buffet had alot of variety and was very tasty. The location is unbeatable, we paid for a park view room and it was phenomenal. The staff even showed us to our room and guided us through all the features and pointed out all the things we could see from our window. We will definitely be back!
