Great location. Although in the middle of a busy entertainment area, the rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Free snacks available in the lobby (if you arrive at the right time).

“Good location.”
The hotel was kept clean and staff was pleasant and helpful. It's located in Sinsekai, so there're lots of restaurants around the hotel. It's a walking distance to the Metro station, very convenient for sightseeing.

“Well designed family room at a great location.”
Excellent location, walking distance from Shinsekai, Tennoji market, Nipponbashi and Zoo. Very well designed rooms for families (with 4 or 5 beds). All amenities as described. Very clean. Friendly staff. Allowed stowing of bags in lobby before check in time. Good breakfast spread. 5 min walk from Dobutsyen Mae metro station to get to Shin Osaka.

“Pretty good! Very comfortable”
I like that it's close to the subway, and literally facing the zoo! The zoo was fun and the polar bear enclosure was the biggest one I've seen yet, would definitely recommend. The hotels good, I like that there's a hidden separator door in the room, It's bigger than normal rooms in Tokyo. The bed is also, I'm pretty sure, a king size.

“Excellent Location”
The location was excellent, everything you needed was on the doorstep. The breakfast was ok, the room was very small but the beds were comfortable. The water pressure was also excellent.

“Nice stay in Osaka”
The location was excellent, close to mini mart and food restaurants everywhere. The room was a bit tiny but manageable, as we only went back to sleep. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but enough to fill the requirements for the beginning of each day. I would definitely rebook here if I came back.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Beds very comfortable and room was small but it worked for us! USB ports provided too. Great location near several train stations and heaps of eateries.

“Great new hotel to the addition”
Great location, right in the heart of shinseikai and close to a subway station. Spa world is also in walking distance. The hotel is very new, the beds are extremely comfy. A steal for its price.
