“Very comfortable beds and spacious room!”
Great hotel to stay at! Beds were very comfy, room was very spacious for Japanese standards, and everything shop/ food wise was right outside the door! Staff were so polite and friendly and little amenities you might need top ups of were in the lobby for guests. (Us girls loved the hair ties and mini hairbrush!) Washer/ dryer was also available and could by suica card or 100 yen coins.

“Terrible check-out service. Check-out time is at 10AM for someone who is planning to stay late night in Namba it is not”

I liked the proximity to shopping, dining, and train stations. When we needed a taxi, the longest we waited was 5 minutes.

Great location close to transport, restaurants and shopping. Very helpful staff. It was really great to be able to store luggage after check-out. Nice decor.
