“Great place to stay”
Although the exterior of the building was undergoing renovations during my stay, this did not impact the quality of the experience. The interior of the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Considering the location and the level of service provided, the price represents excellent value. The staff were generally satisfactory and available when needed. Overall, a very convenient and reasonably priced option in Osaka.

Due to a not-found reservation, I got a room upgrade from Standard to Executive and this was really great! Hotel services and staff are really professional

“Great location for a couple of nights”
Pretty good location. Nice to see the area, very different to the extremely modern areas of Osaka. Easy to walk to local malls and stations (10-15mins). Nice walk to the Shinkansen also.

“It was great time and”
Room wasn’t super big, but it was comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Also, the staff was very kind and responded to all our requests, the whole experience was good. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who wants to save money and not pay for overpriced hotels in Dotonbori area. This hotel is 15 mins away from Dotonbori and Umeda by metro. So it was great for us

“It was ok, but not the best”
The property is pretty close to the station. The seven/eleven across the street is of great convenience for any snack. Laundry service available with coins. The staff, although with a low level of English, really nice and professional.
