Professional and helpful staff. Great location. There is a Subway exit right outside the hotel. Less than 10 minutes walk to all the shops and there is a 24 hour Aeon nearby. Great onsen pool. Coin laundry is also available. There is also a great selection of pillows to choose from.

There's nothing "Super" about the hotel except the Staff, who are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, BUT...

Hotel placed just in front of Honmachi metro station. A bit old, but OK. Also the public bath. Nice breakfast.

It was located just outside the subway, it has supermarket next door, the staff are friendly and helpful. People can choose a pillow of their liking, they provide pyjamas, slippers, toiletries and beauty products. There is an Onsen bath in the premises and it’s complimentary. It offers free cocktails or soft drinks free of charge from 17.00 to 21.00, there is a smoking room and left luggage facilities, also a computer available to guests. There is a fountain that supplies drinkable water in the lobby. A nice restaurant for breakfast or lunch and a lovely restaurant in the basement that provides genuine Japanese food and where smoking is allowed. Nice shopping centre nearby. It was a really nice stay.

The hotel is close to Hommachi Station and well connected with different areas of Osaka. The breakfast was good with different food, even western style. A free drink and 5 products were offered every day. This was a plus!

“A handy location and a good value for money stay”

The location, right next to an exit from the metro station, couldn't have been easier to find (once I'd navigated the metro station itself). The welcome was good, and there was an introduction to the variety of pillows on offer! This definitely helped as the default pillows are rather hard. Everything I needed was there in the room and with a wide range of extra facilities in reception. Using a keycode to unlock the door rather than a keycard took a bit of getting used to but in the end was quite effortless. Breakfast was good and varied, with more variety on the Japanese side than the Western side (which didn't bother me at all). I had a good stay at the hotel and could happily have stayed longer.

Stayed 10 night. Location: not quite walking distance but only a couple of subway stops to major touristy areas like Umeda and Namba. A few more stops will lead you to Osaka Castle, Tennoji/Harukas, Bay Area and even Yumeshima (Osaka EXPO). The Osaka Metro station (Hommachi) entrance/exit with three subway lines is right in front of the hotel. I took one of the line to get to and from OCAT (only two stops) and easily transfer to airport limousine bus to get to/from KIX. 5 min walk will lead you to a fairly big "local and non-touristy" shopping centre called Senba (under an overhead highway) where I had dinner after I arrived from the airport and hotel check-in. Service: staff are all courteous and efficient. The lady staff at the breakfast restaurant provides superb hospitality. Hotel facilities: love the onsen, the buffet breakfast with a wide range of items (mainly Japanese). Room: spacious enough for one person, love the chair with back support (verse a stool), quiet (absolutely no noise from outside), very quiet a/c and humidifier. bed/pillow comfy. I had stayed at other Super Hotel in near train station in Tokyo and Ikebukuro. They all do not disappoint.

Easy to reach, metro just in front of hotel door. Onsen was great! Good rest after full days of walking in Osaka.

I was pleasantly surprised by the pillow made of plastic bubbles, and I slept relatively well. I appreciated that the natural spring felt private and was not overcrowded; I truly enjoyed the hot bath experience. However, the only downside was the quality of the toilet paper. While I understand the importance of environmental principles, we shouldn't compromise on quality. Overall, the breakfast was good.
