Overview
Just a 5-minute walk from Awaza Subway Station (Sennichimae Line), Super Hotel Osaka offers western-style rooms and an indoor hot spring. Free wired internet access is provided. This hotel was selected as one of Top 25 Bargain Hotels in Japan by TripAdvisor's Travelers' Choice Award 2013. Decorated in muted tones, rooms with carpeted flooring are equipped with a flat-screen TV, an air purifier and an empty refrigerator. The private bathroom comes with a bath, shower and free toiletries. A hairdryer and an electric kettle with green tea are also provided. Guests can relax at the sauna or at the onsen with its natural hot spring waters. A massage can also be arranged at an additional fee. Other facilities include luggage storage, free bicycle rental and a beverage vending machine. Restaurant serves a Japanese breakfast and dinner daily. Super Hotel Osaka Natural Hot Springs is located near Tosabori Sanchome Bus Stop and is a 10-minute drive from Kyocera Dome. A 10-minute train ride from Awaza Station leads to Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, while Osaka Castle is a 15-minute train ride away. Universal Studios Japan is a 30-minute walk and train ride.

“Fantastic Japan!”
What a wonderful hotel with a natural spring bath in the basement. The staff were ever so welcoming and so informative, knowledgeable about Osaka and the surrounding cities, transportation and the like. Well worth the stay and very reasonably priced.

Overall the stay at the hotel was very good - the room was comfortable, check in process was smooth and the hotel also had a very convenient service to store the luggage. It had a very cheap laundry service that was available across multiple floors so the washers were basically always available.

I loved how the hotel had an onsen which wasa bonus for me because I then didn't have to pay extra to experience it elsewhere. The location of the hotel was also so perfect as the 7/11 and the train station was only 7 minute walk away. As for the room, it was exactly as how it was laid out on their site.

The receptionist is humorous, gave us a good memory. Good drinks in self-service bar.

Everything was fine. Room quite tight for 2 people and luggage. Wouldnt recommend if you need some space to pack anf unpack your luggage.

“It felt like home.”
We loved the amentities. We loved the pillow library! The bed was comfortable. The bath house was gorgeous and very popular. The staff are so friendly. We felt at home! Tadaima!

“Really great onsen hotel”
Onsen was awesome, free coffee and tea I found half way thru my trip. Free open bar from 5-9pm. Free toiletries and choice of pillow.

The staff member who assisted me with bag storage when I arrived early then, when she asked me where I was going next, was extremely helpful directing me to the Keihan railway. When I returned to my room there was a lovely written apology for forgetting to provide my breakfast ticket. Excellent service.
