The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the warm timber interior with its Muji-like aesthetic. If you enjoy a minimalist and cozy design, you’ll definitely love this stay.

Large clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great location near shinkansen station, plenty of restaurants. Breakfast part ordered parte buffet, small choice but everything was tasty.

“Super convenient to station”
Easy to find from the station with very clear instructions. Perfect for an overnight stay after the late night arrival. There was a convenience store nearby which was also helpful.

It is very well located - an easy walk from Shin-Osaka Station - and quiet. The staff were delightful. The room was well laid out and a good size. The laundry for guest use was a useful addition. We would stay again.

“Outstanding Hotel if you make Osaka your base for Shinkansen trips around West Japan”
The location of the hotel is perfect if you plan to make Osaka your base and travel around West Japan with Shinkansen trains - you won't get such high quality hotel so close from the Shin-Osaka station. Despite the close distance from the busy station, the hotel is perfectly quiet. Nice warm design, spotless clean rooms and shared areas make you feeling safe and comfortable after arriving back from day trips by train. The breakfast served in the hotel offers various choices and is good quality for the price. Exceptionally friendly and helpful Team at the reception desk helps you to travel in the most efficient and lightest way around Japan, offering support with shipping not needed big pieces of your luggage to other hotels with Yamato Transport instead of carrying it with you on trains. “Great if using the Shinkansen”
The location to the station, great if you are using the Shinkansen. As a caveat if you have big cases you have to go up and over a foot bridge to get to the hotel

Quiet even though my room faces the railway. The room is a good size in Japan. Walk to Shin Osaka Station in just 8 mins. This is mainly a business so not many tourists. The hotel is pretty new and it has a laundry room and a guest reading area in all 3 buildings.

Super convenient if you are taking an early shinkansen, as I was. The man on reception was extremely helpful and helped me despite being very tired from my flight. The breakfast in the morning was delightful and I would recommend it. The rooms were exactly as I expected and clean and functional.
