Location great with metro by the door! We arrived earlier than the check-in time (at around 1:30PM) to ask for them to keep our luggage - our room was ready and they kindly let us do the check-in earlier, which was great 😊 It was our last night in Japan and we needed a scale to weight our luggage and they lent us one. Small room but very clean and great price too.

Everything, the staff was great, kind, polite, helpful. The location pleasant, quiet with a lot of restaurants and convenience shops around, the subway was just two minutes walk.

Everything. First the staff was REALLY VERY kind, helpful and professional. Then it was quiet but near to the subway, a lot of different restaurants and shops around. In a few minutes you could reach the subway station "Namba", which is very "alive".

“Super Convenient!”
So convenient! Hanazonocho metro station is almost next door. Family Mart and Supermarket close by. Rooms were clean and comfy. Very friendly staff

Very good location, in quieter neighborhood, and metro station right in front of the hotel's entrance; helpful, available, truly excellent staff; pretty standard room size but everything perfectly in order in terms of functionality and cleanliness - just a fantastic value in every regard :)

“Nice stay”
Located in front of metro station, whatever we needed was provided, staff was always helpful and nice. Room is fully equipped and with a little arrangement we were able to make space for our suitcases.

“Excpetional value for money”
Bedroom was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed the extra amenities (free refillable coffee/tea, clothes/odour spray, toiletries) + facilities were good (laundry machine, water dispenser). Felt like a posh hotel and such a steal for the price (got it on discount). Friendly staff and accommodating. Right outside the train station & konbini+supermarket

The hotel and the room were really clean and nice. The room had a very big bathroom/shower room, which is a plus!
