“Perfect hotel and stay”
My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Kind and helpful staff. The breakfast is good: even if doesn't include cooked food - such eggs or cold cuts - it includes a various selection of pastries, juices, cofee and two types of istant soups. The location is great for those who are planning one day at univesal studios park (which is very near by) and is well connected by metro to the city center and to the airport.

“Highly Recommended”
It is near a station that is a few stops away from the main Osaka Station. The room was spacious and meticulously clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and always smiling in your face. Additionally, the roof has a breathtaking view, which I really recommend checking out at night.

“Great place to stay.”
Great place to stay, quiet streets, close to food outlets and Aquarium/ferris wheel. Rooms were lovely. Having an ajoining door between rooms worked really well for my family. Enjoyed the breakfast - great value for money.

“Don’t book this even though it’s a cheaper options”
The good thing about it was it was clean in the hotel. Though there was a smell when u step into the room.

Good breakfast with miso and corn soup as well as a variety of onigiris and breads. Yakult too! They allow guests to bring up the breakfast to the room. Spacious. Feels clean. Lots of eateries (didn't get to try out though) around with convenience stores too. Just a stone's throw away there's the train station.

“The convenience of the hotel made our trip in the city an enjoyable one.”
The hotel is very close to the train and subway station. It takes probably just a minute reaching the station.

“My stay at Porta Inn was very comfortable and up to my expectations”
A simple breakfast of onigiri, yoghurt pudding, coffee/tea and some pastries were provided from 6-9am everyday at the dining area opposite the lobby. However some mornings the dining area was crowded so we were allowed to bring our breakfast to our room. Our room was very clean and spacious enough for 2 pax with 2 big luggages. They had washer and dryer machines on the 8th floor that are affordable. They also had vending machine and microwave on the 8th floor. The surrounding area outside the hotel had nice ramen shops that were open until late night during our stay.

I like that it has the 'no-frills' concept and yet still comfortable to stay at. Good location, near the metro station. Staff very helpful too.
