Very unexpected accommodation, if you don't expect a Love Hotel. Unexpectedly clean, large, with big jacuzzi in the private bathroom. Meals also provided value for money.

“Comfortable and affordable”

The room is huge, with a separate bathroom and a jacuzzi room. Breakfast included in the price, you can order free items for dinner via Tv. Definitely the best stay experience in Japan I've had! And the cheapest.

“A bit weird but great experience!”

Upon arrival I realized that the hotel was 18+ for a reason. It was strange at first but the room was a very nice (AC, clean, spacious), the hotel staff and the food met expectations. Overall, good value for money, I would go back there

“Well worth the effort !!”

I was told when touring around Japan not to ignore ’Love Hotels’ as accommodation options, this is a perfect example of excellent accommodation that happens to also be a ‘Love Hotel’ ……Large room with great facilities , our room had a beautiful spring waters spa bath and shower, the staff were wonderful and do there best to make your stay pleasant

Really spacious room with great amenities. Free food every night. It’s a very discrete place. Great value for money.

Best fav for 24h front desk service, especially praise for the one who stayed up till 4 a.m. in the midnight only to solve our breakfast booking. Very fascinating trip in Osaka. Luv from Soochow.

HUGE room and bathroom. Lots of extras, and meals were great. Very quiet considering the type of hotel. Service very efficient. Exceeded our expectations. Spa bath and shower were awesome.

Everthing was super good

The hotel has all the in-room amenities you can imagine (including hair straightner!). Free parking, close to Sakuranomiya station (11 minutes walk) and Kyobashi station (16 minutes walk). The Kyobashi station area is very cool with lots of restaurants and pubs. The place offers free parking.

“Luxurious stay”

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. The place was super clean,comfy and spacious. Luxurious even! It had a spa bath in the room and loads of toiletries etc. The location was great ideal.

This property had a really nice ambience, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and really well equipped :) the bathroom was great and the jacuzzi bath was just what was needed after a few weeks of travelling around Japan :) everything was really clean.

The room was huge and equipped with all amenities you might need. The ensuite jacuzzi was great bonus. The breakfast was good enough for us. Dinner was excellent.
