“Great hotel for short visit in Osaka”
Great location. The room was just the right size for a single traveller. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. The outside space was pretty, with a piano being played on a few occasions was a nice addition. Would stay again for another short visit in Osaka.

“An enjoyable stay in Osaka”
Staying at New Osaka Hotel Shinsaibashi was a great experience. The accommodation itself was well placed for our needs with a Metro stop nearby. Nearby is also the city part of America-miura, which is quite interesting as a neighborhood and we enjoyed exploring it. The main highlight of the stay was the breakfast, it was mostly Japanese-style and was very tasty and well prepared with a good choice, from Cold Brew coffee to Miso Soup everything was perfect! The premises also include a beer machine, which produces draught beer , which is a nice delight after a day exploring Osaka. Overall, this was a great place to stay and at least for me it ticked all the boxes.

Staff were extremely friendly and always greeted me whenever I passed through. Room and bathroom are clean, everything was in order and the hotel is incredibly posh for its price point.

“Value for money”
We checked in very quick&smooth. Location is perfect. Rooms are small but enough to accomodate 2. You have everything you need in the room. The TV was small but we never turned it on. value for money for sure.
