“Fantastic Hotel - 10/10 experience.”
Absolutely beautiful hotel, very clean, perfect location in Osaka, easily connected to the underground/trains. Service was excellent. The lobby was spacious and offered free tea, coffee and soft drinks from 7am-10pm. Would love to stay again. Could not fault our experience here at all. Everything 10/10.

“Fantastic stay in Osaka”
The location was excellent, with a 7-Eleven right below the hotel. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. Another detail we really appreciated was the complimentary coffee, tea, and other drinks available, a small extra that made a big difference. Also, we used the luggage forwarding service at the hotel reception, and everything went smoothly, quickly, and without any issues. It was an excellent experience, and we would stay here again without hesitation.

I enjoyed the location, clean and spacious room, professional staff and the cozy lobby. I also used the laundry machines which was very convenient for my long vaction in Japan.

Close to Doutonbori Street, train station. Complimentary drinks station,.washing facilities all close. Staff helpful & friendly. Room a decent size for Japan. Would stay here again.

“Comfy, large rooms, great amenities, well located hotel”
An absolutely incredible hotel. Large room, top floor with cityscape view. Water dispenser on the floor for fresh water whenever needed. Very clean, modern bathroom. Impressive and comfortable. Very well positioned for all visits in Osaka. Absolutely amazing hotel.

“Four amazing nights!!!”
Everything was perfect. The location for us worked so well, it felt like we stayed in a cosy neighbourhood and within 20 mins walk, we were in the heart of everything. The hotel itself is immaculate, all the small details are thought about in your room and the complimentary beverage area for tea/coffee/soft drinks in the reception was always appreciated. They accomodated us with adaptors, umberellas, an iron and anything else we needed. I would 100% stay here again without a doubt!!

“Very good place to stay in Osaka”
