A great stay overall - spacious rooms and really good facilities. We also got lucky with the view, which made the experience even better. Finding the property was a bit tricky initially since it follows a self check-in system. That said, we did manage to interact with the staff, and they were extremely sweet, kind, and helpful. The metro is very easily accessible, making it convenient to get around Osaka.

“Great stay for families, especially if you’re visiting the aquarium or expo!”

We stayed here during our trip to the Japan Expo, and it was a great choice for our needs. The room was big with enough space for all our suitcases, and it even had a small kitchen which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels provided. The location is great—very close to the station, which made getting around easy. Check-in was fully self-service using a tablet, and there was no receptionist, which was a bit confusing at first. Thankfully, a kind lady was there to guide us through the process when we arrived. Overall, this is a solid option, especially for families. However, if we come again, we’d probably stay in downtown Osaka (Namba or Dotonbori) for a livelier atmosphere and more dining options. Still, the train connections from here are very good.

Spacious, clean and near the Expo.

We stayed the night before we flew back home. We had to check out at 10am. The staff were nice enough to let us keep our luggage there until 7pm to pick up as our flight wasnt til 10pm.

Location and price was very good

Clean & big room. Staff are polite. Near metro chou line and bus terminal for Kix airport. Near convenient stores and restaurants. The washing machine is available 24 hours. They allowed me to keep my luggage at the reception after I checked out as my flight is at night time. Free tea and coffee.

Great accommodation in a quite area. 3 min walking from Osakako station on the Chuo line. Definitely recommended to enjoy a stay in Osaka.
