“Really enjoyed my stay!”
Fantastic rooms, clean and spacious. Layout was perfect. Location for USJ was really good, 15-20 min walk. Or the Subway!

“I would do it again”
Loved the huge variety at breakfast. The hotel had the convenience of a laundromat and money changing machine; they have literally thought of everything. The facilities were always clean and staff was friendly and super helpful.

Loved the spa, the massage chairs, the grand foyer, beds, bathrooms, the dinner buffet. Lovely to come back to a spa and a quality meal after Universal. Great stay.

“Excellent location for universal. Great amenities and very nice hotel.”
It was beautifully decorated and felt very modern and ‘posh’. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic with plenty of places to eat, shop and public transport links very close by, especially close to universal studios and city walk.

Very convenient to universal city with the metro station right outside. Also direct bus to Kansai airport (limited hour). Otherwise the same bus can be taken from universal studio with higher frequency.

“fantastic hotel with best location near universal studio”
The over all stay was very comfortable , i travel from kyoto and booked for 1 day but after reaching hotel i change he plan and update my stay for 2 more days

“Very good breakfast”
This is a lovely hotel right by universal studios. They had two different restaurants for breakfast that were both wonderful. Very comfy and clean room. The staff were very helpful with forwarding luggage.

“3 night stay”
Perfect stay! The train station across the road was easily accessed. The room view of the river and bridge was beautiful. Easy access to Osaka, Universal and Universal city. All of it was amazing! The dining halls for breakfast were great, but the one on 3F was by far superior to the one on 1F. The room was super spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Would gladly stay again!
