Couldn't be more clean if they tried. New towels everyday. Absolutely spotless. The extra duvet topper was the comfiest thing I've ever used. Lovely shower. Great location. A bit of a walk to stations with a big suitcase but local taxis are good price.

Absolutely fantastic place. Very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The tatami floor really adds to the charm. It’s very close to the city center, yet quiet. I highly recommend it.

The location was excellent. We had some difficulties during check-in because there were two hotels nearby and the entry code was the same, but even late at night they responded quickly through Booking and helped us check in smoothly.

Lovely ryokan and a very comfortable stay. The self check-in was easy and worked perfectly for our late arrival. We really appreciated having tea-making facilities, and the bath was a highlight.

The location is great, you are close to Dotonburi area with lots of shops and places to eat but the hotel is located in a small, quiet street.
