The location is very convenient! It's next to the subway station and a walking distance from Dotonbori and other shopping areas. The neighborhood itself is really nice and there's a lot to see and do and a lot of food options. A convenience store is right next to the hotel. The entrance and the lobby were really nice and they even held our luggage after we checked out. They have a smoking room and a laundry area.

It was central to all shopping streets , hotel was very clean , facilities they had and staff very polite and helpful.

The bathroom had two necessities for the traveller; hangers and a retractable clothes line in the bathroom. These simple additions are essential if you are staying for a few days. It means so much to be able to rinse out a shirt or socks. Necessary luxury often missed by other hotels. Ten points!

The hotel is near the train station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The department store and American-Mura are also a short walk away. The reception staff were very polite and communicative. I had ordered some items online for delivery to the hotel in advance, and the receptionists took good care of them. There was a warm welcome drink in the lobby. You can freely pick up the amenities placed in the reception area. What I appreciated most was the hotel's thoughtfulness and understanding of tourists. When you check out, you can even leave your luggage at the hotel, making it more convenient to explore the surrounding area before traveling elsewhere. I think these are small details that impressed me the most.

Very close to the train station with few nearby konbini around in case you get very hungry at night. Dotonbori is also a walking distance and situated right smack in the shopping district
