“Very friendly staff, a great location and tasty breakfast”
Very good hotel with discounted parking lot and the most friendliest staff. The breakfast was also really nice and they change it up every morning so you don’t get bored of it. (The chicken bites are to die for) Quite a few restaurants and things to do on the same street also very close to Dotombori, maybe like a 5-10 min walk

“Cool boutique hotel in the heart of the city”
Faultless location right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. Yet, a calm place to be although there seemed to be a lot of guests. They go for an informal atmosphere, so none of the starchy Japanese vibe that other hotels rock. Breakfasts were absolutely solid and plentiful, the room was absolutely comfortable without any pretension. Very good value.

“Nothing to complain!”
Best value for money! The room size was big (compared to standard hotel in Tokyo), clean, and feels modern (especially the toilet, my husband loves it the most). It’s in the middle of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori shopping area, so if you don’t know what to do, just hit the street and you’ll find plenty things there.

Location: Smack in the heart of Shinsaibashi with Dotonbori, Amerikamura and endless food and shopping all within walking distance. Lawson literally 1 minute away for late night snacks and early morning konbini runs. The room. Well designed, clean and comfortable. Everything you need without any fuss. Slept incredibly well every night after long days of exploring Osaka. The shower: Genuinely one of the best hotel showers I have experienced. Hot, strong pressure and the perfect wind down after a full day on your feet. The service: Staff were warm, professional and spoke excellent English which made everything so easy as a solo traveller. Never once felt lost or unsure about anything. The extra mile:On my last day the hotel arranged a cab directly from the hotel to Namba Station for me to catch the Nankai Rapi:t to Kansai Airport. No stress, no lugging luggage through crowds. Just seamless from door to departure. Favourite nearby meal: Onigiri Gorichan was so good I went back 3 times during my stay. “Wonderful stay”
Excellent location, close to many food options, shopping and trains yet there is virtually no street noise inside. The room was great however the toilet did have a musty smell each time we used it. Not sure if it was a septic thing or not. The toilet built in deodorizer did not help so we used the provided air freshener spray to help. The shower was probably one of the best during our Japan visit and the bathroom is large. Hotel has free coffee available, they provided refillable water bottles during our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage on early arrival and also when we checked out.

“Would recommend this hotel to everyone”
Loved everything about this hotel! Especially their environmental efforts 😊 Staff were amazing, approachable and attentive. Every detail was addressed/remembered/organised. For example all baby items we would need were prepared. Laundry was great - dryer worked perfectly and quickly, a rarity! Loved the communal areas too.
