“Disappointing”
Staff tried everything to save the situation by moving us to another hotel of the same company but we were still very disappointed with the hotel considering the price .

“Pleasent”
The room was noticeably larger than the rooms in the other three hotels I stayed at during my trip to Japan. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there is a Seven Eleven conveniently located right outside the hotel. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, about a 10-minute walk from the train station and around 15 minutes from the main shopping and dining areas.

Very good all round. Used an early check in. Sorted by Mia. Room good overlooking a 7/1. Breakfast varied. Mostly self service but good. Thanks S Presso central.

“Better than expected in a quiet area.”
The hotel was in a great location, we could walk to many attractions and shopping areas. There was a good variety of food at breakfast and it was all fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff. So good to have free washing machines available.

Next to a lovely park which was in bloom with cherry blossoms. Good location with lots of restaurants and convenience stores. They made additional breakfast for us to accommodate a gluten free diet.
