“Great Place for using Namba Station and do some quick Shopping; Great Staff but Lack of atmosphere; a Place for 1-2 Nigh”
Location is Great for discovering the City and travelling from Namba Station; typical City Hotel with lack of atmosphere in the rooms as well as in the dining rooms; Morning buffet Looks great but quality is just average - especially the bread is not crusty at all even if it appears to be European bread,; what is really outstanding however is the Staff who is really Client Focused and so supportive.

“Great Stay”
Great location, wonderful room - we paid for a premium and it was worth it. Loved the Dyson Air wrap. The breakfast was fantastic, best we had in Japan such variety. The bar was lovely - although it allowed smoking. Wonderful helpful friendly staff

“Overall we were happy with our stay. space; great breakfast options and good location”
Initially there was an issue with cleaning staff leaving our room door open. This was concerning. We reported it to staff. The matter was dealt with promptly and satisfactorily by the management staff. Our hotel room was upgraded with no additional cost to us.

A minute walk from the food market and shopping! So close! Location was amazing, and was also connected to a main train station. The breakfast was amazing! Worth the add-on, even if just once.
