Our stay at this hotel in Osaka was truly exceptional. The location could not have been better — perfectly situated with easy access to everything we needed, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka and would gladly return again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

“Excellent Stay”
This is our 4th time staying in this hotel for year 2025, everything was perfect as expected, room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, car parking lots directly on the basement of the hotel was very convenient , we loved the teppanyaki restaurant’s chief chef who specialize created with matsutake and white truffle menu dinner, definitely will come back again to experience the teppanyaki dinner again. This trip we was invited to checking in at Level 3.
