Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness was outstanding. We would leave the hotel in the morning and return to a perfectly cleaned room every day. Kudos to the housekeeping team for their excellent work! In terms of comfort, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I often have difficulty sleeping in hotels, but here I was able to enjoy a peaceful and restful sleep every night. The hotel also offers great value for money. The room size was decent for the price, making it a very worthwhile choice. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from Shinsaibashi Station, Daimaru, Parco, and the Shinsaibashi shopping district. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located across the building, and there is a restaurant on the ground floor that stay open until 2:00 AM, as well as a café right next door. My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Osaka. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip so memorable. Your kindness and helpfulness were truly appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great stay at Mystays Hotel Osaka. The property was very conveniently located with easy access to the station and walking distance to Dotonbori nightlife, restaurants, and shopping areas. Made exploring Osaka very comfortable and enjoyable.

The perfect location in Osaka, everything is in walking distance and the metro station is just around the corner. The room is bigger than others in the city and it's clean.

It was not far from food and shopping areas! Also had 7-11 and family mart right in front!

It’s extremely close to the station barely a 2 minute walk. The area itself had quite a lot going on and that’s great to be able to just zoom in and out. It’s even a short walk to the famous Dotonbori street. The room was reasonably enough that I can keep our suitcases opened. The staff were extremely helpful.

Super close to the train station and a short walk to get anywhere. Easy to access and had nice extras that you can access downstairs at reception!
