The hotel is located only a few minutes from Kitahama station. Nice eateries and bars close by. The room is spacious and tidy with all the amenities needed. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Definitely worth it!

“A nice place for resting when discovering the city of Osaka”
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was very clean and nice. The breakfast was a nice mixture of western and Japanese food. The relevant stations were some 10 - 15 mins in walking distance but there were many restaurants with reasonable prices around the area

The hotel is on a quiet side street and is fully sound proof, even with the window open it wasn’t loud👍 There are lots of convenience stores close by but most of the main attractions are a 25-30 minute walk away. Good amenities and the staff were helpful, It is good value for the price!

“Okay hotel in Osaka”
There is 7-11 in front of the hotel so that was very handy. Microwave also available in the room. The staff allowed us to store our luggage prior to check-in and after check-out. I did not hear much noise during my stay, so I appreciate that too.

“Good place for a short stay”
The hotel was nice, well layed down. The room was good and clean, pretty similar with the other Mystays hotels i've been.
