Bathroom was amazing. They provide a lot of bathroom amenities; the full range of facial care packets (oil and regular cleanser, toner, cream) were spectacular. The bathroom mirror is heated, so that you can see your own reflection even after having a hot steamy bath. Jazz bar on ground floor, easy access. 24/7 Family mart right downstairs as well.

“A great stay in Osaka!”
Staff and location of this hotel were fantastic. In Umeda with the train a ten minute walk from our door. Was lovely to also be able to watch CNN news in some downtime as this hotel allows audio switching to English which was greatly appreciated. Staff also helped me sort out an issue at my next hotel when forwarding bags from theirs.
