“Spacious apartment with great location and friendly staff”
Brilliant place to stay, a really big apartment by Japanese standards with plenty of room. It was great to have a washing machine and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great, 10 mins walk from Osaka castle and 5 mins from a subway station.

“7 nights, 4 adults (2 single beds, 1 double bed, with sofa and kitchen)”
The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Location is close to the stations with 6 to 20 mins walking depends which station you'll be taking. Convenience stores are walking distances with FamilyMart the closest. There's Kohyo supermarket as well if you'd like to buy and cook for yourself like we did, you'll save more and it's healthier this way. There's Sugi Pharmacy in the area too in case you get sick. We had our luggaes sent via kuroneko from another hotel in Narita and they received them for us. I did let them know ahead though. When we arrived, they're already in our room. Room is spacious for 4 adults which is rare for Japanese rooms.

The hotel is well located, we could easily reach any location, and our apartment was pretty big and comfortable (it was good idea to choose the bigger room). The bed is comfortable. The staff was helpful. Recommended.

Spacious room, with storage and a cute kitchen area and terrace as well. Staff were super helpful and kind. Great location lots of shops and restaurants nearby and Osaka castle is only a 10 min walk. This was the best accommodation on our Japan trip!

Staff are very accomodating and kind, they provide good service to us. We will definitely book for this hotel again when we go back to Osaka. The area is jutst near restaurants, coffee shops, train stations and most of its quiet and peaceful. 🥰😍🙂

The staff were amazing and very very friendly the room was huge for Japan standards way bigger that we expected The location was 10/10 we get everything we need Even there were laundry and drier machines next to the receptions I would recommend this hotel without a second thought
