“Pure joy from start to finish”
I had an amazing time in Osaka, specially staying at Hotel Monterey Le Frere Osaka. The hotel staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. They ensured that my stay was seamless and nothing short of memorable. I would like to commend on how impeccable they were with their services specially room service and cleanliness. I would love to travel again to Japan and come back to this place.

“Great simple hotel”
I liked that we were able to get 2 connecting rooms for 4 people. The location is excellent with train station, malls and restaurants nearby. Lawson and pharmacy next to hitel entrance. Breakfast was ok but not great like Monterey Grasmere

Close to Umeda Station, very easy to get on a train to go everywhere from Osaka. Room had a very large bed.

“If I had to describe it in a single sentence: everything was exactly as we wanted. We were very plea”
We didn't have breakfast at the facility, but we saw many guests having breakfast in the dining hall. The location is excellent, right in the center, a 7-minute walk from Osaka Station. Once you get off at the station, you won't need to use another vehicle. However, if you prefer to use Uber or similar services, it will cost between 1400-2700 Turkish Lira (local currency). They can hold your luggage until the next day when you check out. All the staff, from check-in to departure, are very polite and friendly. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby.

“Overall pretty good”
Great sized room for Japan and in particular a big city like Osaka. It had good quality amenities and free access to a public bath. The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent, once we found it the first time (Umeda station is a big maze).

The hotel location is very good. It is close to Osaka Station, where JR fast trains start for many trips. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The room is bigger than normal rooms in Japan and very comfortable.
