“Lovely hotel perfectly located to Osaka station and local conveniences”
Quite luxurious hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Convenience stores nearby and a full-blown Life Supermarket underneath. Attached to Osaka station, so great for day trips to places like Kobe and Nara.

“Pleasant and convenient stay. will return to this hotel!”
Convenient and linked directly to Namba station, mostly covered with shelter and has elevator access for luggage and stroller. Right beside OCAT bus terminal which has airport limousine to KIX Airport.

Good location for exploring the busy Dotonbori area with so many restaurants and street food. If arriving by metro use exit 30 at Namba metro station, there is an escalator up to the front of the hotel. When leaving we wheeled our bags to the Namba mainline station for the airport express train which was about 10 minute walk.

“Highly recommend”
The location is unbeatable! Right next to Namba Station and connected to the underground shopping streets, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. There are also direct buses to many destinations, including both major airports, which are affordable and very convenient. If you’re traveling with lots of luggage, staying here saves you a lot of hassle! The accommodation itself is excellent as well — the rooms are spacious, clean, and well organized. The staff are highly professional, and communication in English is smooth and easy. One of the best places to stay for a trip to Osaka.

“Very classy hotel in a great location”
The location was great, a nice stroll to Dotonbori, shops and restaurants. The room was great however didn't like that the bed was against a wall. Towels, water and toiletries were replaced everyday. Like the Monterey in Kyoto (stayed prior to coming to Osaka) it was very a classy looking hotel and pictures were exactly as advertised.

Very clean and spacious room. Shower had brilliant water pressure! Great views over the city. Easy access to the train system and airport bus. There was also a supermarket under the hotel. Easy walk to alot of the major attractions. All the staff were great and very friendly. Great breakfast with lots of options
