“Excellentl experience and great value for money.”
It was located near shopping malls (including many restaurants) and the railway station for the metro services. The staff were excellent, from the reception team to the housekeeping team. The reception staff walked us to the taxi that she had booked for us and waited to wave to us goodbye as we left in the taxi. The housekeeping staff checked with us on whether we were satisfied with the work they had done and if we needed their assistance. Starbucks coffee was available free of charge in the hotel lobby.

Located near Namba Kansai station itself, just a short walk across the garden and mall patio. It’s walking distance to convenience stores, malls and eateries (including Halal restaurants). Hotel is clean and well maintained.

Perfect location, a number of different food areas right outside the hotel. Modern hotel with good amount of space. Beds made daily with new towels. New bottled water daily as needed with the ability to make tea and coffee in your room. We all loved the complimentary Starbucks drink bar as well as the cold drink bar. Situated right next to Namba Park and Namba City shopping malls and a short walk to both the Nankai and Namba station and about a 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori and the river. We were pleasantly surprised and the staff were friendly and helpful. Helped us manage an extra night a accommodation when our flight got cancelled. Would recommend and would stay again.

“Fantastic hotel- Great location Book Now!”
We booked the Hollywood room which was spacious and included capsule coffee machine, kitchen and large bathroom. Free Starbucks coffee machine in reception was nice addition. Fantastic location. Incredible staff who went above to be helpful.
