“The hotel is definitely value for money”
The rooms are clean and tidy. We had the room on the 19th floor with a great view over the sea. The public bath is very good and they are open quite late. It was crowded maybe due to the fact that we stayed over the weekend. the breakfast was good although it would have been good if the breakfast time was 30 mins more until 1000.

“Convenient for the Expo, but Room Size and Cot Issue Were a Let-Down”
The lobby staff were very helpful upon arrival, even giving the children coins for the toy vending machine, which was a nice gesture. We appreciated the hotel facilities, particularly the excellent kids' play area on the 2F. The proximity to the Family Mart right outside was also a real bonus, and the overall cleanliness was satisfactory.

“great for any event at the intex!”
the breakfast was absolutely great. changing dishes every day with extra menu items on the weekend. the bath was also very relaxing in the evenings and the rooms were clean and big. if there is another event to visit at Intex Osaka, I will book there again.
