“Amazing!”
Perfect location. Close to the Dotonburi but far enough to avoid crowds. Great staff and the best amenities ever. The kids area was the cherry on top of the cake

“Great hotel with amazing amenities. Close to Namba station and Dotonbori. Would defintely stay again!”
The location is great. Only a few minutes walk to Dotonbori and Namba train station. The free drinks and food was great, especially after a long day. The staff were friendly and even let us check into our room a few hours earlier. Overall, it was a great place to stay in a great location.

Location was excellent. Only five to ten minutes walk to trains and at the quiet end of Dotonbori Street. Near many cafes and restaurants and close to many tourist spots

“Great hotel for a group of friends family or even a solo traveler.”
Like my room it was a bit older but really high value and had everything and more to use ! The jacuzzi was amazing there was a tv and they has bath salts and bubbles foam. The amenities was amazing to and there was snacks alcohol available only thing that was not was beer or might have over looked it. But sodas coffee wine and liquor! For what I paid this has been amazing 👏 The staff was really sweet I even spilled my nuddles and they fixed it. Location is amazing too

“Novelty hotel, with limited “free” perks.”
It was child friendly and the room was bright and inviting with a swing seat. There were lots of “free” bathroom products and a limited amount of drinks available. The free afternoon tea was lovely.

“Perfect base for a family trip in Osaka”
Fantastic hotel for families we have a 6 and 9 year old who loved everything about this - travelling can be intense and it was a great place to relax, make friends and a great location for sightseeing. Free popcorn, drinks, breakfast and ramen at night as well as retro games consoles and a karaoke booth made for lots of home comforts. Hotel was beautiful and calm, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly very easy to get around to the local sights everything in 30 minutes and namba walk and dottinburi literally on the doorstep.
