Location is ok but busy

The property was very clean and well presented. The staff were helpful and friendly on the desk. Great value for money and a lovely large capsule. The lounge space was also comfortable and pleasant to use for food and drinks.

Good extras provided by the property including a nice face mask. Everything was very clean and the quiet rules meant I wasn’t disturbed at night.

The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and nice. I had a dental emergency and one of the staff luckily recommended me an amazing dentist close by. She was even kind enough to talk on the phone for me, explain my problem and make sure that I was getting the right help.

Clean rooms

Hotel Atarayo Osaka is exceptional with its price that has a high cost-performance ratio. I chose the male-only capsule room for my two-night stay in Osaka. The room is wonderfully clean and it has a narrow cabinet with clothes rack - something I didn't expect when I booked the room - and the bed sheet as well as the pillow was very comfy! In addition, they would provide you with a basket with pyjamas and towels (you need to return upon check-out) that I consider a plus for a backpacker. Their shower rooms are of high quality - I don't need to keep pressing the shower bar for the water to come out. Other bonus points would be the bright common area with seemingly new kitchen equipment.

The location is absolutely strategic; it's within walking distance to Shinsaibashi, with plenty of local eateries and convenience stores nearby. I also highly appreciated that they provided fresh towels, pajamas, and amenities every single day.

The best hotel overall in Japan, couldnt recommend anything else. In every aspect it was the best i have ever had. Exceptional service.

Clean, modern, quiet. They provide lots of free amenities to ensure smooth stay. Location is great, easy to travel to main attractions. I stayed in a bigger capsule with additional space and it was perfect mix. Would come again.

The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also convenient, close to major tourist attractions.

You couldn’t do better in terms of the location of this hotel in Osaka. The shared rooms are super clean, the staff super nice and the room is cozy! Get ready to sleep on a thin mattress but it’s honestly not bad when you compare it to how much you pay for the night.
