Everything was clean, staff were friendly and you get such a good experience with the baths and breakfast as well as late night soba. The location was great too, very close to the station and a convenience store/ a couple restaurants nearby.

Very close to the metro so easy to travel to other parts of the city. The staff were very helpful and kind. Room very comfortable. The well equipped onsen and free soba noodles were amazing and a really nice addition - great value for money!

Incredible Japanese breakfast, amazing onsen with shower, Dyson hairdryers available there, massage chairs. Clean rooms, enough space for two people, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. You can also grab razors, hair brush, toothbrush from nearby reception

Standout Facilities ​The biggest surprise was the large, onsen-style public bath. It’s a rare luxury for a hotel so conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station. The relaxation area is top-tier, featuring: ​Massive massage chairs for post-travel recovery. ​Free lollies/sweets as a nice complimentary treat. ​Exceptional Dining ​The breakfast here is far beyond the "mediocre" buffet found at most hotels—it feels like a proper high-end restaurant. ​The Choice: You can have Anago (saltwater eel) sushi delivered to your room or opt for the full buffet. ​The Quality: The buffet features authentic Japanese staples like freshly prepared tempura and high-quality soba. My only regret was being too full to try every dish available! ​Explore Like a Local ​A major "pro" for this hotel is the free bicycle rentals. On a sunny day, this was the highlight of my trip. I cycled all the way to Osaka Castle, which allowed me to see the local town centers and neighborhoods I would have missed entirely from a train window. It turned a simple commute into a truly special, immersive experience.

Perfect location near Shin-Osaka Station, very convenient for getting around, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The traditional Japanese breakfast is delicious and well prepared. We also loved the complimentary soba offered to guests in the evening. Impeccable cleanliness, well-organized spaces, and very comfortable beds. The public bath is fantastic, perfect for relaxing.
