The staff were wonderful and attentive. The location was excellent, close to the train station, restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping but not noisy or crazy busy.

it was central to everything we needed especially train station, friendly staff, we could do washing, had free drinks you could help yourself too and the massage chairs were a great way to wait for the washing

The amazing hotel staff are very warm, friendly and professional. The room size was big and very comfortable for 3 adults. The pillows were so comfortable. Love the facilities provided, I actually relax in one of the massage chairs while waiting for my laundry. Great location, so convenient and walking distance to the train station, Dotonbori etc. Great hotel!

It was a minute walk to the shop, 2 to Dotonbori and 3 to the train station. Plus free drinks in the dining area.

The staff were exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was exceptional. They went the extra mile to assist us with the recovery of an item we forgot on a train and were friendly, kind and always helpful. The hotel location is perfect. The spacious dining area with its modern, quirky decor, pool table and array of complimentary beverages was an enjoyable space to spend time in. The Dyson hairdryer and numerous attachments was a treat to use.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient for getting around, and the staff is being friendly, accommodating, and helpful! They even accompanied us to the bus terminal.

Our second stay - Feels like a home away from home now. The hospitality shown by everyone there was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much and everyone so warm and friendly. Absolutely love the lounge area facilities and the fact that everything is always super clean. Room cleaned to perfection daily, brilliant sleeps every night with zero outside noise. The location, unbeatable in our opinion!

“Great relaxing retreat in an ever buzzing area”

The hotel is perfectly situated just a 5min walk from the ever busy Dotonbori area. Great if you want to enjoy the buzzing market and want to retreat to a quiet place afterwards. Namba station is also only a 5min walk so you can get around easily on daytrips. The hotel itself is clean and up to modern standerds. There are free massage chairs and you get free drinks while in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds were the best compared to 3 other hotels that we stayed in during our holiday in Japan. You can also do your own laundry here. Last but definately not least the staff is superfriendly! They even went out of our way to help us on our trip back to the airport by taking us to the bus stop with one of their own vans and helped us with our luggage right up until we sat on the bus. This is not something that every hotel does. Really appreciative of this and would definately recommend travelers who would like to go to Osaka to book their stay with this hotel. Great value for money.

The location is brilliant, minutes away from the subway and 5 minutes walk from the main area. The staff are so friendly and helpful and just genuinely nice people. The laundry area is very helpful and the free drinks area downstairs is a great bonus.

Excellent location, just a short walk to Dotonbori and Namba station with easy connections to Osaka and beyond. The rooms were large and comfortable with every amenity you could want, there's even a Dyson hairdryer! Staff were all very friendly and super accommodating. On checkout, a gentleman helped carry our luggage to the subway gate at Namba station - they really do go above and beyond. There is no breakfast served, but lots of cooking facilities and free beverages so you can have a 7eleven breakfast at the hotel.

Large space for Japanese standards. We loved the massage chair in the room! Very friendly staff going out of their way to accommodate us. Nice artsy lobby with free coffee and tea. Great location.

“A great stay at a superb hotel with amazing staff”

Good hotel, good location, and great staff. Around the corner from the Dotonbori Bridge with all the shops and restaurants. Close to the station. Unlimited coffee/tea/drinks. The room is spacious and clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, and there are laundry facilities downstairs. The staff are very helpful if you need any help. Someone even walked with us to the station because it was raining and gave us umbrellas! If we ever come back, we will definitely book here again!

The staff were very welcoming and the common area with complimentary drinks, utensils, microwave oven & toaster was spacious and comfortable. Room had Dyson hairdryer and room size was very comfortable for 3 pax. Location was superb, near one end of Dontombori. 7mins walk to Amerikamura street where all the streetweat labels are. 15 mins walk to Shinsaibashi Daimaru.
