“best location and service”
We had requested to stay on the upper floors before booking and they accommodated us. We also wanted to leave our luggage when we arrived in the city a few hours early. They helped us without charging extra. The location is near Semba Street and not too far from Dotonbori. Transportation is very easy as it is at the intersection of different metro stations. We also had the opportunity to experience the rooftop bar and enjoyed it very much; there is a discount if you are a hotel guest. It was a nice accommodation experience.

The hotel was in a good location. There are subway stations nearby and the Doronbori district with its many restaurants is within walking distance.

“Perfectly located at a great rate”
The self check-in was very efficient. Location was very close to two stations and a couple convenient stores which was great. Room a little on the smaller side but nevertheless clean and still liveable for the short stay of 4 nights.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Room and facilities were comfortable and clean, especially love the public bath. Great amenities provided in the public bath. Slight distance from main attractions, but you get a quiet and relax sleep.
