This was a unique experience for me. It is a capsule/pod but thankfully I booked a larger room so there's plenty of space for my stuff and for me to move around. It is a nice touch having milk lotion in the bathroom for everyone to use. The breakfast is okay but enough to fuel me until mid-day.

First Cabin Nishi Umeda is well Located, a short walk from Nishi Umeda metro station and JR Osaka station. There’s a 7/11 over the road and Family Mart around the corner. There’s facilities were spotlessly clean and despite the number of guests, it was very quiet. There is an onsen in the women’s bathroom area. Toiletries, towels, pyjamas and slippers are provided. Bring a sleep mask, as the lights stay on in the corridor, and there is a gap under the roller door to the each pod.

Amazing property and new! There’s also a women only floor which is ideal for female solo travellers. Everything is clean and well maintained and staff are kind and helpful. There’s also a small lounge area with charging ports, and a small microwave. Location is in a good, safe area and a konbini nearby. Just 3min walk from Fukushima station. The pods itself are fairly spacious in terms of the height; loungewear provided every night and a locker to store valuables. The showers and bathrooms were great too - with many sinks and amenities such as hair straighteners, lotions, etc.

The location was convenient, close to the station and many restaurants.

If you are staying Osaka 1 or 2 nights, it is best place to stay. Easy to walk around, easy to check in. Recommended!

Perfect location, clean, polite and helpful staff, they have everything! Love the facilities and the room as well. Lots of complimentary items including toiletries and a small meal. I had a very comfortable stay. 8 minutes walk to airport limousine bus stop, close to department stores and Osaka Station. Was pleasantly surprised by how much local restaurants are nearby as well. Definitely will book again when I’m back in Osaka. Thank you very much.

Tight but not super tight sleepping area. Bed is long enough as i am tall 190cm 6.3 feet. The washing area is big and fully equipped . Good quality shampoo and other toiletries. Quite with earplugs. The onsen was nice too good as only 2 showers. Had washer drier
