We had a wonderful stay at Citadines Namba Osaka. The location is excellent, with easy access to Namba Station, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and countless restaurants and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring Osaka. The hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building that blends classic architecture with modern amenities. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious by Japanese hotel standards, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for luggage and relaxation. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being close to Osaka’s busiest entertainment and shopping districts. Overall, Citadines Namba Osaka offers great value, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

Modern, clean and convenient check in and check out. Free coffee on our floor in a communal kitchen with full amenities with ice, microwave, large fridge as well as cutlery. Convenient location and walking distance to dotonburi.

“Lovely old world hotel in great area.”
Very impressive room and hotel. The building is over 100 years old and a former department store. Beautiful renovation. Great area. Our upgraded room had a separate loungeroom area and washer/dryer.

“Wonderful stay at Citadines Namba Osaka”
The location was great. My daughter & I loved the one bedroom suite which was very spacious and with all the amenities we needed even included a washer/dryer in the fully equipped kitchen. The hotel was modern and tastefully renovated in a lux shopping theme. Apparently the building in years gone by was a department store.

The hotel was walkable distance to the kuromon market and dotonbori. The hotel is clean and very spacious. Hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Fantastic location and accessibility to public transportation (5 minutes to the train to Kansai airport; 10 minutes to the subway). Kuramon market and many restaurants and shops were in walking distance from the hotel.
